Because he had asked God for 100 pesos but 30 pesos were missing so he misunderstood postmaster by thinking that he must have stolen the rest of his money.

Lencho says postmaster's the bunch of crooks because he got 70 pesos and he wish 100 pesos .Lencho thinks that the rest of 30 pesos had taken by the post office workers
