Let roots are $\alpha \ and \ \beta$

${\alpha \over \beta } = {3\over 2}$

=> $\alpha ={ 3\over 2}\beta$ .....(1)

Then

Product of roots = $c\over a$

=> $\alpha \beta = 6$

=> ${3\over 2}\beta \beta = 6$

=> $\beta^2 = 4$

=> $\beta = \pm 2$

Putting in (1) we get

$\alpha = \pm 3$

Now sum of roots = $-{b\over a}$

=> 3 + 2 = k or -3 + (-2) = k

=> k = 5 or k = -5
