1) different organs of government include legislative, executive and judiciary . 2) it is termed as horizontal disteibution of power as ti allows diffrent organs of government placed at same level exercise different powers. 3) such separation ensures that none of the organs exercise unlimited power . 4) each organ checks the others,this results in balance of power among organs of government. 5)this system is called system of checks and balances.
