1 . It helps to reduce coflict between the social groups . 2 . It brings stability in political order 3 . Power sharing is the very spirit of democracy, a democratic rule involves those affected by its exercise and who have live with it's effects. 4 . People have right to be consulted on how they are to be governed ,a legiminate government is one where citizens through participation ,aquire a stake in system . 5 . These reasons stresses on very fact power sharing will bring out better outcomes and also that its valuable.
