We need to make the whole numbers as a rational number by multiplying and dividing the numerator and the denominator with the same number
Thus, We have,
-1 = −11=−1×101×10=−1010
1 = 11=1×101×10=1010
So, −910<−810<−710<−610<−510<−410<−310
or - 1 −910<−810<−710<−610<−510<−410<−310<1
∴ four rational numbers between –1 and 1 are
−910,−810,−710,−610
