Neutrons neither attract or repel each other or other particles because they are electrically neutral i.e. they have no charge.

They will neither attract or repel each other because of being electrical neutral. But neutron has mass and a pair of masses always attracts each other due to gravitational force. Hence, i think they will attract each other as electrostatic force is zero but gravitational force is acting between them.
