1) |E| = τ/qdsinθ = 6 underoot 3/0.1×10^-3×0.5 solve this u will get 3.46×10⁴ N/C which will be ur answer. Now 2nd part of the question... we know that τ= PE sinθ nd potential energy U = - PEcosθ by dividing these two we get τ/u = - tanθ. put the value in it u will get ur answer.
