Management includes various steps such as planning, organising, staffing, directing and controlling. As in a process we have to work in a systematic way. This process begins with those at the top of the organization they start planning and organising and done staffing, directing and controlling at almost every level of the organisation. These steps are interconnected with each other and help to achieve organisational goals in an effective and efficient manner. That is why management is known as the process of employing and organising resources to accomplish predetermined objectives.

The top officials of a country’s Government held a meeting in order to speed up the business growth. In the meeting it was decided that there was a need for granting several exemptions to the Business Units already established. Similiarly ,they felt that with a view to setting up new Business Units the young men needed to be encouraged.
