First write the eq. Mg +Cu2+ ➡️Mg2+ +Cu... from this eq. we get to know the no. of e- transfer which is 2..now use the formula for finding Ecell so here we go. Ecell=E°cell - 0.059/n log[Mg2+] /[Cu2+] now put all the value in the eq. Ecell =2.71 - 0.059/2 log 0.001/0.01 solve this u well get ur answer 2.7395 V. hope it help
