When a=2b+6, =(2b+6)3-8b3-36 (2b+6)b-216 =8b3+217+36 (6+b)-8b4-72b2-216b-216 =216+36b-72b2-216b =216-180b-72b2 Now, a=2b+6 b=6-a/2 b=6-(2b+6)/2 2b=5-2b+6 b=3 Therefore, =216-180×3-72×3×3 =-972
