Physisorption always decreases with increase in temperature bcz kinetic energy of particles increases;so they don't settle on the surface of the adsorbent. But in chemisorption,as we increase the temp. ,the rate ot reaction increases and so,adsorption increases;but only till the reaction is complete.After that,the rate decreases with increase in temp,as in case of physisorption.
