Robespierre government was known as an important part in the Reign of Terror, Under the Robespierre government, several laws were passed which were against the ideas of the revolutionaries of France.
After the death of Robespierre, his rule ended. After his death, the following things happened:
(i) The wealthy people of the middle class grew stronger.
(ii) A constitution was formed which gave everyone the right to vote.
(iii) The government was run by two elected executive councils, which further run by five executives.
(iv) The elected five executives tried to maintain the government after the disastrous government of Robespierre. However, there was clash of ideas between the executives.
(v) Later, this system of government gave way to the dictatorship of the Napoleon Bonaparte.
