It increases the efficiency of performing work. Functional foremanship provides for the orderly execution of work by employing eight foremen. other techniques such as motion,fatigue,time study are an attempt to understand workers problem and guide them towards increasing speed and the efficiency in performing tasks. They set time, provide frequent intervals of rest and eliminate unnecessary movements in order to achieve goals effortlessly.

The top officials of a country’s Government held a meeting in order to speed up the business growth. In the meeting it was decided that there was a need for granting several exemptions to the Business Units already established. Similiarly ,they felt that with a view to setting up new Business Units the young men needed to be encouraged.
