I will not be able to make you understand the meaning but it is as follows; Black 0 Brown 1 Red 2 Orange 3 Yellow 4 Green 5 Blue 6 Violet 7 Gray 8 White 9 There are four rings in total of which the first 2 give the first 2 sigmificant numbers. Third one gives the multiplies,i.e, 10 raised to power something. 4th gives accuracy or tolerance in percsntage.
