Resources are natural, to extract these resources for our resource require technology and industries.There are ample has played an important role in the economic development 1.For example:India is rich in resources but since it lacked resources, it is a developing country.In the past, Britishers processed them into nal goods.They are more technologically developed country.2. Another example from present scenario is Africa. Africa countries are underdeveloped.The reason is lack in technological and gold mined from its countries are taken away by the developed Hence we can say that mere availability of resources without country's economic development.
