Let x= 0.6 bar 10x = 6.6 bar (multiplying both sides) 10x = 6+0.6bar 10x = 6+ x (x=0.6bar) 10x - x = 6 9x=6 X= 6/9 X=2/3

X=0.6 , multiply by 10 =10x =6.666......, subtraction=10x=6.666...-x=0.666...., 9x=6 , x=6/9

(i) x=0.6 multiply 10 in both the sides (ii) 10x = 6 by subtracting equations (i) and (ii) we get, 9x =6 x=6/9 x=2/3
