In an organised interview, everything is pre-planned , be it the number of questions, time limit or the structure and methods involved in the interview. It is standardised. Whereas an unorganised interview is non standardised. There is no pre planning involved. Questions depend upon the type of response the interviewer gets and it goes with the flow.

In organised interview the questions are arranged in sequence or serial wise. In contast in an unorganised interview the questions are asked randomly for example the media persons take interview.
