Because at the point of intersection their will be two tangent lines ,hence their will be two direction which is not possible

Because the point where electric field lines intersect there will be two tangents and tangent gives direction and on one point two directions are not possible.

Electric field lines cannot cross. If they did, it would mean that the force on a charge at that location would point in two different directions, which does not make any sense at all. Equipotential lines at different potentials can never cross either.
