    2x+3=5
    2x = 5 - 3
    2x = 2
    x = 2 ......... (i)
    3x+3y=8 ........ (ii)
    Put (i)  in (ii) , we get
    3(2) + 3y = 8
    6 + 3y = 8
    3y = 8 - 6
    3y = 2
    y = 2/3
