It is present in limited mount because the land as soil the top most covering favouring the development of agriculture ,and other vegetation takes hundreds and thousands of years to form a single centimetre of soil.The land degradation due to human interference has proved to be costly for the soil to replenish .The unplanned construction,non- scientific farming,mining ,deforestation have all led to the degradation of this asset.
