the main objective of the Vienna of 1815 was to undo the most of the changes that was come in Europe during Napoleonic wars. they wanted to maintain a balance in Europe (II) France lost the territories. it was annexed under Napoleon. (III) the German confederation of 39 states had been set up by Napoleon that was left untouched.

The major objective of Vienna Congress of 1815 was to reconstruct the boundaries of France so its expenditure never increase again... The objective of Vienna Congress was to provide long term peace plan for europe by setting critical issues arising from the French revolutionary wars and the Napoleonic wars.....
