3x - 5y - 4 = 0 .....(1)
9x = 2y + 7 .......(2)
So multiply equation 1 by 3 to get
9x - 15y - 12 = 0 ......... (3)
Put (2) in (3)
2y + 7 - 15y - 12 = 0
- 13y - 5 = 0
- 13y = 5
y = 5/-13
Put value of y in (2)
9x = 2(5/-13) + 7
9x = - 10/13 + 7
9x = (-10+ 91)/13
9x = 81/13
x = 9/13
