Resource planning is a complex process which involves: 1-identification and keeping record of resource which involves surveying , mapping,qualitative & quantitative estimation and mesurement of resource . 2-developing a planning structure with proper technology ,skill and insitutional set up for implementing resource development plans. 3-comparing the resource development plan with national development plans.
