If Hydrogen peroxide is not stored in plain (colorless) bottles then light will pass through in and decomposes Hydrogen peroxide into water and oxygen. In order to avoid this decomposition it was stored in colored bottles.Hydrogen peroxide is a highly reactive metal that can react with light or heat to produce water. To prevent it's reaction with light and heat to make water it is stored in coloured bottles so that light does'nt pass through it.
2H₂O₂ + hᵞ (light) → 2 H₂O + O₂
