It will behave as converging lens. Because when kept in air (refractive index of air is 1) the lens is in rarer medium and behave as diverging which is the charactetistic of concave lens. Now its kept in a denser medium,i.e., 1.65 so now it will behave as converging. Hope this answer is helpful.
