First of all, diversity and division are very diff terms, dont get confused, they cannot be used interchangeably........diversity means simply the differences we see in the society among various people. These differences could occur either due to the accident of birth or due to different choices of various people..... If these differences create dispute among diff groups, then these social differences become social division
