Veto is a power granted to five permanent members of the Security Counsel of the United Nations by which they can say 'No' to any decision taken by the member nations of the Security Council.
Veto comes from the Latin word which means 'I deny'

The five permanent members (currently) are:
1. USA
2. Russia
3. UK
4. China
5. France
