let ABC a right ld triangle rt ld at B and side AB = BC=a

Area=1/2 x ABXBC = 1/2Xa2 = 200

a= root 400 = 20 cm

AC2 = a2+a2

= 400 + 400 = 800

AC=root 800 = 20root2

perimeter = AB+BC+AC = 20+20+20root2

= 20 x 2 root2 cm

= 20 x 2{tex} \sqrt2{/tex} cm
