Why N2 exist but P2 doesn't exist?

Because nitrogen forms pπ-pπ bond while phosphorus form dπ-dπ bond. Among the two nitrogen's π bond is stronger but phosphorus π bond is very weak. Thus, nitrogen forms diatomic (N2) structure and phosphorus don't.
