In Belgium people of different social group combine in the center to run the country in a peaceful manner as they had kept equal no. of representation of different social group is kept in the center.

Power sharing is the sharing of power between the means of the government such as the executive, judiciary and legislature.
It can also be shared at distinctive levels such as state, union and local.
In Belgium, the form of power sharing is the horizontal distribution of power where the power was divided between the legislature, excutive, and judiciary.
