SD ltd. Wanted to achieve a goal of increase in 20 percent of profit its sets targets in advance to achieve it .In order to achieve goals effectively it also decided to change its organizational structure to another structure where employees were granted freedom to talk with each other there was no restrictions on employees .After 6 months it found that due to establishment of such structure there are rumors all around ,also employees were not working properly in order to achieve goal .state the two types of process discussed above also state type of organizational structure adopted by the company by giving one merit and one demerit. (4)
