a. Writing evolved with the need to keep records of the transactions, of any changes introduced by king in the laws, for maintaining dictionaries.
b. Earlier Mesopotamian used symbols /seals//pictures  to communicate, later they with increased trade , advancements , they introduced Cuneiform script to communicate.
c. Writing also began when the civilization wanted to keep records of all land deeds, transfers.
