Ox. State of F is never +1 it only exhibits -1 and 0 because it is very electronegative element

Due to high electronegativity, small size and absence of d orbitals, F does not form oxo acids such as HOFO, HOFO2 and HOFO3 in which oxidation state of F would be +3, +5, +7. It just forms one oxo acid, i.e. HOF in which oxidation state of F is +1.
