Vitamin H is also known as biotin and aids in metabolizing carbohydrate, protein,fat.Additionally it helps to produce fatty acids, promote healthy nervous tissue,bone marrow and sweat glands. Biotin is needed for healthy hair and skin. This vitamin may be used to treat certain disease
