Companies that fail to adopt their environment are not likely to survive in long run as they loose their customers when they are unable to satisfy their needs . Nokia company sets a best example of it as when it has ignored the need of smart phones and continued to sell keypad cells , it become unable to hold up its positioning in market and vanished off .
