And ab tumhara ques ye bi ho skta h ki cr2+ lose hi kyun krta gain bi to kr skta h na d5 bnne ke lie to uska ans ye h ki Mn me nuclear charge jada hota h to uski ability gain krne ki jada h.

This is because cr2+ by losing 1 electron attain stable t2g level half filled configuration and hence act as reducing agent while Mn3+ by gaining 1 electron attain stable d5 configuration and hence is oxidizing agent.
