according to this theorem when three concurrent forces f1,f2 and f3 acting on a body in equilibrium then three concurrent forces acting at some angles.f1/ sin alpha =f2/sin beta=f3/sin gamma.

It is sine rule if the forces are equilibrium then the force vectors will form a closed triangle which means that there resultant is zero .
