Delegation is a vry imp process to carry on the work systematically but delegation is nt a process of abdication which means accountability is absolute. It can never be passed or delegated.After creating accountability on subordinates de superiors also remain accountable

The top officials of a country’s Government held a meeting in order to speed up the business growth. In the meeting it was decided that there was a need for granting several exemptions to the Business Units already established.
