Here with 1 molecule of sodium carbonate has 10 molecules of water which shows it is wet inside.

Dry...... becoz 10H2O, is the water molecule present in its crystals,... i.e. water of crystallization

For example if you burn pop excessively the watet molecules from that will evaporates and only dead burnt plaster will remains which is not capable of hardening
