Yes, it is because development is not possible without proper management one must have to manage things properly to achieve the target or to accomplish the work on time with efficiency. It plays a major role in a nation's growth as everything is done in a series or step by step firstly planning, organising,staffing,directing and controlling all these are the functions of management. A nation first manage the things properly plans it and then implements it so management is essential

The top officials of a country’s Government held a meeting in order to speed up the business growth. In the meeting it was decided that there was a need for granting several exemptions to the Business Units already established. Similiarly ,they felt that with a view to setting up new Business Units the young men needed to be encouraged.
