This is due to lower bond dissociation enthalpy of F2 and comparable size of nitrogen and fluorine when NF3 is formed energy is released hence it is an exothermic compound.however NCl3 is endothermic compound due to high bond dissociation enthalpy of Cl2.

The enthalpy of formation of NCl3 is due to the large size difference of N and Cl atoms as N belongs to second period and Cl belongs to the third period making the N-Cl bond weak, whereas in NF3, since both the atoms belongs to the second period & are small in size therefore N-F bond is strong making it exothermic.
