I guess the equation is this:
Ba(OH)2 + 2NH4Cl → BaCl2 + 2NH3 + 2H2O
This is an endothermic reaction.
In this reaction when barium hydroxide is mixed with ammonium chloride it forms barium chloride, ammonia and water.
