It is given in a question paper. Maybe its wrong. Anyways thanks for your help suhani.

Hey actually i think your question is wrong because pcl5 is more covalent then pcp3?..because In pcl3 p is in +3 oxidation state and in pcl5 p is in +5 oxidation state so according to fazan rule higher is the oxidation state more will be the covalent character....
