BAMCEF The All India Backward (SCs, STs and OBCs) and Minority Communities Employees Federation is known as BAMCEF. It is an organisation largely made of government employees that campaign against caste discrimination. It was established in 1973 by Kanshi Ram and DK Khaparde.
