Total surface area of remaining solid =CSA of cylinder+area if circle+CSA of cone =2pi rh +pi r^2+ pi rl 2×3.14×8×15 +3.14×8×8 +3.14×8×17 3.14×8(2×15+8+17) 3.14×8×55 314×44= 13816cm^2
