If 4tan theta = 3 evaluate (4sin theta-cos theta+1÷4sin theta +cos theta -1)

    LET x=theta

    tanx=3/4

    sec2 x=(1+tan2x)=(1+9/16)=25/16

    sec x=5/4 ,cos x =4/5

    sin2x=(1-16/25)=9/25 so sinx=3/5

    Now (4sinx -cos x+1)/(4sinx+cosx-1)

    =(4*3/5-4/5+1)/(4*3/5+4/5-1)

    =(12/5-4/5+5/5)/(12/5+4/5-5/5)

    =(12-4+5)/12+4-5)

    =13/11
