-The hot weather season loo are strong, hot, gusty, dry winds. In this season there are also localised thunderstorms, violent winds accompanied with hail. In west bengal these storms are known as kaal baisakhi. -the end of the summer season brings pre monsoon showers that are common in kerela and Karnataka.They help in early ripening of mangoes and are referred as mango showers.
