On reaching his village,Prashant found deplorable conditions all around him. He had leadership qualities so he took the initiative to rehabilitate people. He made a team of young volunteers and cleaned the shelters. His team was fully dedicated to serve others. He persuaded grief-stricken women to look after children. In this way he became a ray of hope to all.

Prashant has organised a group of youths and elders. This group has pressurized the local merchant to give some rice for the villagers. He has formed a team of volunteers to clean the Red cross place where the villagers have taken shelter. This team has also treated the wounds and fractures of many people. Prashant has organised a team of women to look after children who have been orphaned. He has persuaded women to work in the food for work programme. Thus Prashant helped the people of his village.
