bhai koi chij neutral tb hoti h when they have = no. of +ve nd -ve charge.....but inme asa ni hota .....p type me +ve majority me hote h , nd n type me -ve charge ......

In n type semiconductor electron can move freely and are negatively charged but
It also has some donor or +ve atoms which make it neutral. Similar and vice versa in p type semiconductor.
