Iska correct ans h, ?n-type semiconductor me pentavalent impurity ko add kiya jata h tetravalent host atom me , then usme 1 e- free bch jata h , now sbko lg rha hoga ki ye neutal kse hua?????BUT ye neutral hi hota h bcoz the impurity atom whole is electrically neutral , so semiconductor is also neutral?.......i hope its clear to u

Wrong answer by Aaditya...... bhai koi chij neutral tb hoti h when they have = no. of +ve nd -ve charge.....but inme asa ni hota .....p type me +ve majority me hote h , nd n type me -ve charge ......

In n type semiconductor electron can move freely and are negatively charged but It also has some donor or +ve atoms which make it neutral. Similar and vice versa in p type semiconductor.
