    Let the other roots be = (X-2+√3)(x-2-√3) = { (X-2)² - (√3)²} = { X² + 4 -4x - 3} = {X²-4x +1} Now divide the value of p(x) with the above value . U willl get 2x² - x -1 By factorising it u will get x= 1, 1/2
